We maintain a No returns or refunds policy except in the case of transit damage.
Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund:
1. Contact: Send a video of the damage via WhatsApp to +91 9900091752.
2. Resolution: We will arrange a pickup and initiate your refund or replacement within 48 hours.
Note: To ensure eligibility, Please report any issues immediately upon unboxing. Products must be unused and undamaged. Items that do not meet these guidelines will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
• Original Payment: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
• COD Orders: Please provide your bank details via email or phone to receive your refund.
• Special Offers: Items purchased under a special offer are eligible for exchange only.
• Promo Codes: Once a promo code is used, it cannot be refunded or reused if the order is cancelled.
